According to the USDA, choice grade beef is of very high quality. Choice roasts and steaks from the loin and rib will be very tender, juicy, and flavorful. The Little Big Horn buys and serves USDA Choice exclusively.
Our steaks are cut fresh daily, and only those that pass our chef’s personal inspection are ever allowed to hit the grill!
The same rigid standards are applied to everything on our menu, from entrees to side dishes. We strive to keep our servings generous and our prices in check. Congeniality and efficiency are what we demand from our wait staff, in order to insure that your dining experience is a pleasant one.

The fact that we’ve had to enlarge our building testifies to the fact that we must be doing something right.
